This is a Shopify site.  We set it up on Shoopify platform to ensure our potential clients have the highest level of security in every aspect of the shopping and payment process.  We understand that credibility and trust is very important for any online business.  So, we use the most trusted, safest and best level of technology and tools.

Boutique Meubles started in February 2026, when an engineer (yours truly) and a programmer living in Montreal, lost their jobs due to changes in government policies and ups and downs of Quebec economy.

Being first generation immigrant we knew sitting and waiting for a miracle was not an option.  With a lot of determination, optimism and hard work we started this business, on a budget that consisted of every penny, every saving and credit we could put together.  It went through many changes before reaching its current form.  But we believed people will appreciate an honest business, with excellent products that offers value for the money.  We are consumers and people just like you.  We understand the work that goes into making money these days.

We are a fully online business with a difference, we only serve the local community (175 km around Montreal).  We only source and sell local products from local manufacturers.  Every item in our catalogue is made in Quebec or Ontario.  They are Canadian products and we are very proud of it.  

You may see similar products (under different names) in some other stores, but at much higher prices.  Being a completely online business allows us to save on storage, staff, showroom and other overhead costs.  That is why we can offer the products at these amazing prices, and pass the saving to you.  

We are located in Montreal and our phone number is 1-888-694-2120.  You can reach us between 10 AM and 7 PM from Monday to Saturday and  Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM.  If you have a question, would like to receive sample fabric for your next order, or if there is any problem in relation to delivery or product, feel free to call us.  Also, if you prefer to see, feel and touch the product you are interested in, you can call us and set up an appointment for a visit.  Visits are by appointment only not to interrupt the flow of work and manufacturing process.

We are constantly looking for local manufacturers, crafts people or artists with high quality products, that we could offer on this site.  We are particularly interested in Canadian manufacturers of tables, dinning sets and desks at the moment.  If you are such a manufacturer, and would like your products to be offered on this site please feel free to contact us and let us know about your products.  We will be glad to offer you an additional platform to showcase your products.
