Exchange policy

Our exchange policies are very similar to other online or brick and mortar furniture stores.

ThriftyBeaver.com offers a 14-day exchange policy, starting from the delivery date. Please keep in mind that this is an exchange, not a refund.

Because of hygiene and safety concern exchange is not possible for every type of products. The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange: mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, bedding, special orders.

Eligibility

The product must be in its original condition, un-assembled (in case of furniture that requires assembling by the buyer), and in its complete packaging. If you wish to exchange a product you must send us request by email within 14 days of receiving the product.

Restocking Fees

A 30% restocking fee applies to all items returned in their original packaging. If the item is returned without its original packaging, a 50% restocking fee applies.

How to Proceed

1. Contact our team by email at thriftybeaver@proton.me.

2. Please include your full name, phone number, order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the reason for the exchange.

Our team will process your request and respond to you within 24 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect, packaging, and the complete product. Our team will contact you in the next 24 hours to arrange a replacement or solution for the problem.

Deliver and return Fees

If the necessary conditions are met and a return is approved, pickup fees may apply depending on your location and the size of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable. The fees must be paid no later than 24 hours before scheduled pick up of the item you wish to exchange.

In case of damaged or defective products you are not responsible for the return fees. They are covered by ThriftyBeaver.com.
