Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, for up to 30km from our storage facility in Montreal. In case your distance is more than 30km. a shipping fee is shown in the shopping cart. What we charge is actually lower than the actual shipping cost.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, none the less please inspect the products as soon as you receive them and in case of any problem contact us through the Contact page.

In general whenever you order something you will receive it between 3 to 8 business days later.  1 or 2 days for shipping and 2 to five days for customization (upholstery, etc...) and fabrication.  Everything is custom made for your order and that is why we can offer such competitive prices.

Clients Responsibilities in regards to delivery

To ensure safe and efficient handling, confirm that the furniture dimensions allow passage through doors, hallways, and elevators.

Clear all access areas specially during winter to ensure safe access.

Please note an adult must be present during delivery.
